Refund Policy:

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or replacement. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

General Returns Policy

Applicable products are returnable within the specified return window if you receive them in a condition that is physically damaged, with missing parts or accessories, defective, or if they differ from their description on the product detail page on Selfiya.

Return will be processed only if:

  • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
  • the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
  • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
  • Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

    Products marked as 'non-returnable' on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a full refund or replacement, as applicable. We may contact you to assess the damage or defect in the product before issuing a refund/replacement. We reserve the right to pick up the product to verify the damage or defect before issuing a refund/replacement.

    No additional information is required to return an eligible order

    If you place a replacement request and that same product is not in stock, then a full refund will be initiated.

    In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, Selfiya reserves the right to warn and/or suspend and/or block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.

    During open-box deliveries, if you receive a different or damaged product while accepting your order, you will be eligible for a refund. Cash-on-delivery orders will receive on-the-spot refunds. Once you have accepted an open-box delivery, no return requests will be processed, except in cases of manufacturing defects. In such instances, category-specific replacement/return conditions will apply.

    How do I get a refund?

    To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and should not be damaged in any way.

    After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement.

    If the product is damaged in any way, or if you initiate the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

    Cancellation Policy:

    The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it's dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.

    In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free, post the specified time and a cancellation fee will be charged. The details about the time window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final.

    Selfiya reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. Flipkart also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.

    Delayed Products:

    We kindly request you to wait for 4-5 working days for the products to be picked.

    Selfiya is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services, damages, or delays resulting from products that are out of stock, unavailable, or on backorder.

    Here are some of the possible reasons for late delivery:

    Incorrect address

    Missing apartment, building, floor, or house number

    Severe weather conditions

    Local or regional contingencies

    Some of the actions you can take are:

    Track your package and confirm the estimated delivery date in Your Orders. We update the information if there is a change in the estimated delivery date.

    Confirm your shipping address in Your Orders. To avoid delivery problems, keep your address information up-to-date and add delivery instructions to Your Addresses.

    Check payment processing in Your Orders.

    If you haven't received your order but tracking shows as delivered, go to Find a Missing Package That Shows As Delivered. Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable.
